1. What is Mamaholics all about?

You can think of us as the Mothers’ Club. Established by working mothers, for all mothers to ensure that every mom has the ability to make the right choices for her baby wherever she is. Getting from one place to another is a hassle in itself with today’s traffic jams, but when you add another cute tiny little baby to the equation, it gets even more challenging. We understand that, and we were once in those shoes. At Mamaholics, we don’t only offer physical products. We are proud to say that we give daily advice for dozens of mothers through consultation and recommendations.

2. How much do you charge for delivery?

At Mamaholics, we cherish honesty and transparency. For this reason, we have a fixed delivery fee. We have found that it is the best policy to let our customers know exactly how much they are going to pay in advance. For delivery within Beirut, the fee is 4,500 L.L., otherwise we charge 8,000 L.L. to have the items delivered to your doorstep wherever you are in Lebanon.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

We understand what it’s like to keep shopping for your newborn, so we’ve decided to give you a break! Our Free Delivery policy states that any order whose value exceeds $150 will be delivered right to your doorstep free of charge. Let the shopping spree begin!

4. Do you help with the installation of certain items?

In most cases, we can redirect you to someone who can do the installation for you. In case the retailer of this particular item was unavailable to deliver that service, we will guide you through it step by step. So in short, we’ll never leave you to it.

5. Where do you deliver to?

If you live in Lebanon and want to buy from Mamaholics, we’ll get to you no matter where you are. If you are abroad and want to shop from Mamaholics, we’ll send you lots of hugs and kisses and ask you to wait until we start shipping to other countries!

6. What if I received a damaged item?

We double check that everything is in place and in order, before we let any of our items leave our premises to get to you, but if it ever happens that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, kindly give us a call on +961 81306418 or send us an email to [email protected], and we will get back to you in no time!

7. How can I be sure that my order was placed and that it is confirmed?

As soon as you place your order, we will send a confirmation email right to your inbox to let you know that we have successfully received your order.

8. What if I found the same product for a cheaper price on another website?

Although we choose our products quite meticulously and with great attention to detail to ensure best quality, we cannot guarantee exclusivity for the admirable brands we have on sale. We can; however, guarantee the best price for the products we sell in Lebanon. Our confidence in our prices stems from the fact that we deal with large suppliers and manufacturers, first hand, so that we cut down on mark-ups and other unnecessary costs. And if that is not enough, we pledge to offer you the same price as any other Lebanese retailer if you ever find one of our products being sold for a cheaper price – no questions asked.

9. Can I exchange my product?

If it were up to us, we’d tell you yes every time. We hope that you’ll never be unsatisfied with any of your Mamaholics’ products, but we promise to do the best we can to ensure that you have the right size, color, or variant of any product. That being said, we’d like to urge you to check your products thoroughly or inquire about them if need be either by phone or by email before you place your order so that we can avoid any confusion.

Exchange requests are accepted within a period not exceeding 5 days from the delivery date, it will be made automatically within a period not exceeding 7 days. Extra delivery fees might be charged depending on the dimensions and weight of the items.

Customers will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
– Customer changed his/her mind for no valid reason
– The item has been opened and used

Finally, note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety as well as hygiene reasons.
– Wet napkins & potty training products
– Undergarments
– Items with defective or damaged packaging
– Customized items
– Products bought on sale
– Electronic items with broken seal
– Damaged items due to inappropriate use (warranty is voided)
– Items that have been reassembled or altered in any way

10. Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Usually, if the item is out of stock, we’d let you know straight on our website. However, sometimes it happens that we’d run out of a bestseller item overnight and not be able to tell you about it before! In that case, rest assured we will contact you as soon as we review your order, and we will let you know what other options you can have if the item you ordered was out of stock.

11. My order is missing an item, what should I do?

If your order is missing an item, don’t just sit there! Give us a call! We always want to know if something goes wrong. Let us know about it so we can fix it. 12. What is the significance of my status?

Every order you place can have one of four statuses:
Pending: This means your order is confirmed and waiting to be packed.
Processing: This means your order is being packed and ready to be shipped.
Out for Delivery: This means your order has left our premises and is on its way to you.
Complete: This means we got to you in time, and all went well!

13. Can I track my Mamaholics order?

15. What are my payment options?

You’ll be glad to know that we are accepting Cash on Delivery as well as Credit Card on Delivery on all our orders.

16. How can I order the same items as last time?

You can always check your purchasing history from your account on Mamaholics. Simply log in, go to your orders and spy on your previous purchase. You can always re-order the same items provided that they are available in stock.

17. Can I change my account details and my shipping address?

To change your details, log into your account and edit shipping details or any other field you would like to change. If you find it hard to do so, you can always give us a call, and we’ll be glad to change it for you.
